The menu items you taste from Cajun In A Truck range from traditional recipes that have been passed from Phil's MiMaw. Such items range from our homemade Gumbo or famous Shrimp Po'Boy to "foodie fare" such as our Cajunadas - the Cajun version of an empanada made with our Shrimp Etoufee, steamed white rice, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
